Business processes in Maritime, Railway and Intermodal transport logistics

The expert group "Business processes in Maritime, Railway and Intermodal transport logistics" deals with the problems of study, analysis and re-engineering of corresponding business processes. Experts can be involved in solving the following tasks:

1. Formulating of essential logistics principles of business processes under IST and TREN Programmes of the EC and other adjacent Programmes
2. Formulating of recommendations how to improve business processes along a logistics chain of cargo transportation
3. Management of business processes regarding forwarding of cargo delivery
4. Formalisation of business processes for further development of supporting IT platform

Experts of this group can be also invited to join separate business projects of eLOGMAR-M spin-off companies. The possibilities of the Baltic Regional Competence Centre and its branch office in Tallinn are used by this group for meetings and round tables discussions. The annual INTERMODAL conference is a main meeting point with potential experts of this group.
